Women’s Circles

Our women’s circles are cozy, 2-hour gatherings held in my home. We move through journaling, breath work, gentle yoga and real conversation and focus on themes like burnout, perfectionism, avoidance and the disconnect so many of us feel. It’s a space to drop the expectations, slow down and be surrounded by women who get it.

My yoga and meditation workshops are designed for those who are ready to slow down, let go of the constant pressure, and reconnect with themselves. Each workshop blends grounded movement, nervous-system-soothing pranayama, and heart-centered practices like mantra, journaling, and meditation. Whether we’re exploring sacred sound, learning to calm anxiety, or building healthy boundaries, you’ll leave feeling clear, supported, and reconnected to what truly matters.

About me

Hey, I’m Anna.

Yoga teacher for 18 years, meditation guide and nature lover who loves to listen to Tori Amos and Bjork while sipping some herbal tea from my garden.

In addition to yoga, I’m also a massage therapist and pelvic health PTA, which means I’ve spent years studying the body—how it stores tension, how it communicates, and how we can gently return it to balance. I bring all of that into our work together.

If you’re ready to stop going through the motions and start reconnecting with who you really are, I’d love to support you. Together, we’ll use movement, breath, self-inquiry, and a whole lot of compassion to help you come home to yourself.
